Al-Arabi, a Qatari team, has officially signed midfielder Marco Verratti, 30 years old. According to European media sources, the Asian club paid approximately $ 48million to Paris Saint-Germain to secure the transfer of the Italian player.

Notably, Verratti is the athlete with the most matches played for Paris Saint-Germain in its history, accumulating a total of 416 official games. The Italian midfielder had a contract with PSG valid until 2026 and had been a member of the club since 2012.

of the current season, Verratti was informed by PSG management, as well as by coach Luis Enrique, that he was not part of the team’s plans. Although he received an offer from Al-Hilal, a Saudi Arabian club associated with Neymar, Qatar’s proposal prevailed.
