RACE COURSE and LOCATION
The NCL ( National Cycling League ) invitational event occurred this march in the heart of South Beach in Miami Beach. The start/ Finish Line was by Ocean Drive, 11th Street with the racecourse including the whole Ocean Drive, 8th Street, Washington Street and 13th Street.
There was also a festival in Lummus Park between 8th and 12th Street along the Ocean.
