One of the highlighted data was that men and women who practiced exercise constantly lived longer than people who rarely practiced any sport, regardless of the time of day. However, what most caught the attention of the researchers was that the times chosen by the collaborators in the afternoon, between 11 am and 5 pm, statistically coincided with the low probability of people suffering a heart attack.
The study concluded that the volunteers who opted for exercises in the afternoon were men and the elderly. In addition to deducing that any schedule of sports practice “may have the potential to maximize the benefits of daily physical activity for health”.
