Shane Steichen is the new head coach of the Indianapolis Colts
The coach is known for his renowned work on other teams
This Tuesday (14), through social networks, the Indianapolis Colts announced that Shane Steichen will be the new head coach of the team. Previously, the American was part of the Philadelphia Eagles team as an offensive coordinator.

Until then, with the firing of Frank Reich midway through the 2020 season, Shane Steichen would be one of the most significant additions to the Indiana team. However, although he had no National Football League experience, it was believed that interim replacement Jeff Saturday would be chosen for the role.

Shane Steichen has a positive track record for the new position. The coach already had experience in the development of young quarterbacks, was coordinator of the Los Angeles Chargers, assisted in the training of Justin Herbert, among others.
